ABOUT ME

I grew up in Washington State where I grew a zeal for the outdoors through hiking, a passion for exercise through dance, and a desire to live a long full life because of my relationship with Jesus, as a Christian. With my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology, and my certification as a NASM Personal Trainer, I am now able to use these passions to help others get GUARANTEED life and body transformation so they can enjoy being healthy for the rest of their lives! I am currently located in Kansas City, Missouri, yet train clients all over the world!
